The EAX Board is composed of distinguished investors united by a shared vision: to establish and develop commodity exchanges across Sub-Saharan Africa. The Board is primarily supported by private capital from AGDF Corporate Trust (Rwanda), Berggruen Holdings Limited (USA), Heirs Holdings Limited (Nigeria), and Jendayi Frazer 50Ventures LLC (50V)-USA. Together, these investors provide strategic guidance and oversight to drive EAX’s mission of enhancing regional trade and market efficiency.
